Moms & Kids Retreat

A week designed for mothers who feel the need to slow down, reconnect, and experience something deeply nourishing — without being separated from their children.

Set in a calm and natural environment in Sicily, this retreat offers a unique balance between personal time and shared moments. A space where both mothers and children can feel supported, free, and fully present.

The days unfold gently between movement, rest, and connection.

The week includes 5 yoga sessions, including a first mother-and-child session, as well as different styles of yoga accessible to all, guided by Andrea.

Throughout the stay, the MOMcation babysitting team is present to lovingly care for the children through age-appropriate activities, allowing you to fully enjoy your personal time.
