Yoga, Qigong & Meditation Retreat

I’m Jo and I really hope you can join me at magical Danena for a week of yoga, meditation, Qigong & Reiki energy healing, Yoga Nidra, amazing food and lots of love and laughter!

I have been teaching internationally for the last 18 years and believe that yoga and meditation are for everyone to enjoy. The other side of my life as an Actor can be a bit of a rollercoaster and I’ve found yoga has been invaluable in balancing this crazy work with my everyday life. 

I like to combine healing and energy work with the dynamic and restorative aspects of a yoga and meditation practice. It gives me great joy to be able to help others find a balance in their lives too.
