YOAS - Yoga Retreat

There will be a yoga class each morning and evening in the beautifully restored pitch roof barn yoga space, fully equipped with mats and props, or in the outdoor shala overlooking the orange garden.

Each morning will begin with meditation, breath work and a flowing asana class attuning the mind to the breath. The evening class will be more gentle and restorative. Classes will be progressive and inclusive for all levels. There will be one yoga free day and no yoga on travel days.

There is plenty to do, walking through plantations of almonds, olives and watermelons fields or cycling on trails amongst the groves, having a massage with a local therapist, swimming in the freshwater infinity pool.

Or you can head out for the day to explore wonderful sandy beaches or Sicilian historical towns all very nearby. A boat trip can be arranged for the yoga…
