Vinyasa Krama with Marcello Villirillo

Retreat with us in Sicily, reconnecting with nature.

This  7 days long retreat will focus on Mysore style, Vinyasa Krama or  Ashtanga Vinyasa; we will be practicing every morning (asana -  pranayama and meditation) and every evening, led by the steady and wise guidance of  Marcello - Krama Yoga.

We will immerse ourselves into the practice, consistently and peacefully, to better reconnect with ourselves and nature.

In between classes lots of free time to explore the beautiful beaches around us and various historical sites.

The retreat is taught in English and Italian.
