Join Authorized Level 2 teacher Michael Guiou for an immersive Ashtanga experience.  Expect Mysore Style or Led practice sessions in the morning and special post breakfast philosophy and chanting.  The latter part of the day will be given to you to enjoy the multitude of onsite and nearby attractions.  As anyone who has retreated with him in the past can tell you, Michael is just as intense about yoga practice as he is about vacation!
