This retreat is an invitation to linger in the sweetness of summer. This is the season of ripeness a moment to pause at the top of the arc and enjoy what has already been cultivated. Morning practice is spicy, the afternoons are more languid and in the evenings we gather everyone back together for long dinners that feel like a coming home. Nothing is ever rushed because there is nowhere else to be.

The week plays with placement and knowing when to apply effort and when to make ourselves available to receive. It is a practice of savoring abundance and letting pleasure be practical. Kyle and Tony create a space that feels light grounded and generous where life is free of urgency.
