In this intimate retreat, we’ll learn how to use the Katonah Yoga practice to potentiate and empower ourselves. For both professionals seeking further experience with the Katonah material (under the guidance of an experienced and deeply loved teacher!), and individuals seeking a higher experience of embodiment, this week will offer a spread of diverse attunement practices in tandem with all the Katonah Classics: Magic Square, Recipes for Joy, Maps, Wraps, Hands-on Adjustments, and the Alchemy of Pranayama.
