Retreat Details
During this intensive retreat we will work on the integration of the traditions of Iyengar (alignment and therapeutic yoga) and the traditional Hatha Yoga of Satyananda
Fabio will teach from the knowledge of the physical and energy anatomy making his retreats a holistic experience of personal development and awareness.
In this retreat, Fabio will integrate, asana practice, voice, music,as tools of self-knowledge and self-exploration.
By sharing knowledge, learning, and experience you will look at life serenely; exploring your potential and gradually connecting to the experience of the consciousness of being, living in the present moment.
This retreat is aimed at all those people who want to immerse themselves in the practice of yoga, personal development, and to meet new people surrounded by nature, close to the most beautiful Sicilian beaches.
The morning sessions are designed to delve into dynamic practice and transformation, harnessing the rejuvenating power of. This holistic approach nurtures both physical vitality and mental clarity. Through this, participants can authentically undergo a transformative journey, forging a profound connection with self and cultivating an enduring sense of inner vitality and peace.
The evening sessions will centre on rejuvenation, relaxation, and calling forth of dreams for realisation. Through guided meditation techniques and Hatha Yoga, participants will attain a profound state of relaxation and conscious awareness. This synergistic approach supports a comprehensive reboot and recharge of the body and mind, bringing them into harmony with a revitalised vibration.

THE TEACHER
Fabio Satyavan, Catania 1968, discovered Yoga at an early age .
He explored many styles, Iyengar, Sivananda, Satyananda, Ashtanga, Kundalini, and travelled extensively through Asia, to experiment differentes approches, especially in India, spending long time in different Ashrams.
In India he studied with several teachers going deep into the Shivita Tantric techniques, adapting them for the Western world. In his classes he makes use also of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Shaolin Qi Gong knowledge.
