This summer, from July 18 to July 25, we invite you to step away from everyday demands and immerse yourself in the timeless beauty of Sicily. This wellness retreat is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and restore balance through mindful movement, breath, and presence.

Picture mornings bathed in the soft Mediterranean light, the scent of wild herbs and sea air drifting through open windows, and the quiet calm of the Sicilian countryside. Our home for the week, Danena, a lovingly restored 19th-century farmhouse, is nestled in the rolling hills of southeastern Sicily. With sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding landscape, it offers a nurturing space for reflection, rest, and renewal.
