La Dolce Vita - Yoga Retreat

Join YuMee Chung and Michelle Corbeil on retreat this November to experience la dolce vita in breathtaking Sicily. Located on an historic island just off the "toe" of Italy's "boot," your home away from home will be a beautifully restored 19th century  farmhouse surrounded by olive and almond groves, watermelon fields and, of course, the magic of the Mediterranean Sea.

Our twice daily yoga and meditation sessions will feature  well-choreographed organic Hatha Vinyasa practices that are cohesively  designed with a deep respect for body and breath while weaving-in rich  philosophical themes. Expertly guided by two senior teachers,  the yoga instruction will meet you where you are, regardless of your  level of experience, and offer you the kind of detailed, individual  attention that catalyzes personal breakthroughs while lending depth to  your practice.
