Join Sanya Ormiston, a yoga instructor and sound healer from the UK. Sanya has been practising yoga for over 13 years and it is truly her life’s passion to guide others in this sacred, ancient practice, known to have life-changing results.
In 2016, Sanya completed her teacher training at Sampoorna Yoga in Goa, India, specialising in Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow, and then spent a further 5 months travelling the country and deepening her spiritual practice. Since then, she has completed further trainings with The Yoga People in Yin yoga, Chakra theory and Mandala Flow and she is also a certified Buti Yoga instructor.
