Jo has been teaching internationally for the last 15 years and believe and likes to combine healing and energy work with the dynamic and  restorative aspects of a yoga and meditation practice. 

During  this week of Summer sunshine we will be exploring all of these  practices and helping you to find peace, rest and a deep sense of  relaxation in the wonderful Sicilian countryside.
