Intensive Yoga Immersion

Be prepared for an immersion week of workshops, practises, learning, and flying! 

Way more yoga than a retreat, but more time to relax than a training.

Dive deeper into your yoga practise physically and mentally with this intensive yoga immersion.  This intensive will look deeper into the more advanced practise of asana and meditation, to explore the more advanced postures and allow the practitioner to develop a deeper understanding of self-observation to safely access them.

We will immerse ourselves in functional daily asana practises, posture clinics where we will break down the mechanics of advanced transitions/poses, and anatomical workshops, in combination with daily meditation practises, pranayama to maintain a relaxed focus (a key to successful inversions and much more!).

By understanding of anatomical differences in each one of us, we will look past the ‘perfect’ aesthetical view of the pose and break down exactly what is required to access these postures. Get ready to fly!

Sammy Dinneen - guest teacher – professional hand-balancer, acrobat, circus artist & teacher. Sammy’s approach is not yoga based, he is a highly acclaimed hand balancer, teacher and performer who was trained in The National Centre for Circus Arts specialising in handstands and trains with the top hand balancers in the world.
