Ornella walks through the many ways of the mind-body world since 30 years.

From massage therapy and craniosacral work to hatha and kundalini yoga, which are her profession, to various other modalities which she practices and receives for personal growth and alignment

6 -10 am - We respect silence

8.30 - 10.30am Morning Practice

11.00am Brunch

Free time -  Swim in the emerald sea waters nearby, holistic body massages, explore the beautiful surroundings, or simply relax by the pool.

6.15 - 7.15pm Evening Practice (3 afternoon free from PM practice)

7.30 Dinner
