In  this unique, once a year only immersion, Alex shares his secrets of  personal practice and guides you on a journey of development of your  asana practice, understanding of the body, movement skills and  flexibility so that you can enter any yoga class with self-confidence  and connect to the flow of the practice with more ease than ever.

Every  day will include morning Pranayama and Asana Flow, daily drills to  build consistency in various skills such as handstands, arm balances,  backbends and flexibility.

Daily anatomy will allow you to dive deeper into the understanding of the yoga practice as an ensemble.

Time will be dedicated to learn how to build a self practice that reflects your own & unique personality.
