Flow Yoga Retreat

Join  Odona Farska for the 8th International Flow Yoga Retreat at the  beautiful Danena yoga retreat centre in southeast Sicily for the most  relaxing week of yoga, meditation, swimming and delicious food under the  Sicilian sky. Danena is located near some of the most wonderful  beaches, and ancient cities of Noto and Siracusa with loads to explore  nature and culture wise.

Our  retreat will include daily morning meditation followed by hatha flow  class and evening healing yoga classes like yin yoga, restorative yoga  and yoga nidra. Delicious local food will be served by the chef's at  Danena.

We  will also experience an art class as part of our retreat as well as a  day trip to explore the historical sites, a wine tasting in the local  organic winery and live music night with Italian artists.

Flow Yoga Retreat is suitable for all levels.
