Unplug and energize on this women's only yoga and pilates retreat that seamlessly blends wellness and vacation,
Move, rest, explore, laugh, adventure, and rejuvenate with a like-minded community.
Start each morning with a with a strength based circuit class or pilates class to energize and invigorate your body and mind. Strength classes will use bodyweight, resistance bands, and TRX suspension. Pilates will be mat-based pilates that utilize the pilates ball. Boost your energy and confidence, gain strength, and break a sweat!
Spend each day exploring the area with an optional excursion! We will be will be taking a cooking class, spending days at local beaches, exploring local villages (Noto, San Lorenzo, Marzamemi, Portopalo), spending the day sailing on a boat, wine tasting at local wineries, hiking, shopping, getting to know the local culture, and having fun together.
End each evening with a yoga flow centered on breath, rhythm, and sweat! These vinyasa classes sequences flow to build up to a peak posture throughout class. Each day will focus on a different chakra and center around opening and expanding that energetic center. All classes are accessible to all levels. There are both indoor and outdoor spaces for all classes.

• 7 Nights accommodation at a serene beautifully restored 19th century Masseria (farmhouse).

About the teachers
Tiana and Nina will be your movement guides.
Raised in California but now a bonafide New Yorker, Tiana started dancing at the age of 2, where she developed a love for the body, movement, and exploration. As an instructor she is passionate about showing that it’s possible to find joy in movement, thrive in balance, and watch your life expand abundantly inside and outside of the gym. Nina is a NYC based fitness and wellness professional with years of experience in yoga, meditation, barre, Pilates, and more. Nina has cultivated a deep understanding of mind-body practices, and her practice centers on reducing stress, finding joy, and cultivating a sense of belonging.

- 8:00am-- Strength training or pilates
- 9:00am-- Light bites and coffee
- 12:00pm-- Brunch
- 1:00-6:00pm- Free time for a massage, explore the surroundings, or simply relax by the pool
- 6:00pm-- Yoga
- 7:00pm-- Dinner
