Retreat Details

About the Retreat

During this Ashtanga yoga retreat and we will be focusing on aspects of Ashtanga primary and second series, exploring and trying new ways to deepen your practice.

We also will be teaching different dynamic sequences with focus on back bending, hip openings and arm balancing and more softer sessions where awareness will be more around relaxation and breath.

This time is for you to reflect on your yoga practice, set intention, dive deeper using your breath and focus.

Mornings

We will be practicing Mysore guided self practice style with Agi giving adjustments and more personal attention. If you have any specific areas you want to work on that’s the time.

After brunch we will have some free time where you can relax by the pool and read, have a chat with friends or you can go off and explore island.

In the afternoon we will have different sessions and that will be dynamic hip opening or heart opening or arm balancing.

Shortly before dinner we will dive either into breathing or more restorative sessions or we will have questions time where we can discuss any yoga related topics.

About  the teacher :

My name is Agi and I’ve been practicing yoga for 19 years. I’ve been teaching for 11 years and I love it.

I’m a dedicated Ashtanga practitioner. I can truly say I completely believe in this system. It helped me through tough times in my life but mainly brought me joy , happiness and peace.

I’m very aware that all people come to yoga for different reasons therefore I make sure I take very personal care of each student and I try to bring fun as well as dedication to each session.

I hope you can join me for this unique experience where we can spend time and practice together.
