Guru MaiRam Yoga

Guru Mai Ram is a yoga master in the ancient Nath tradition, born in Vilnius in 1969. With a background in chemistry and psychology, she combines scientific knowledge with deep spiritual practice.

She trained in India under her teacher, Guru Avadhuta Anil Dev Ram, and was initiated into the Mahasiddha Kapalinath lineage.

In 2010, she founded the Mai Ram Yoga Ashram in Vilnius and developed the Mai Ram Yoga System, an integrated practice uniting body, mind, and consciousness, adapted for modern life. Her teachings have expanded internationally, with centres in Europe and India, as well as retreats and training programmes.

Her work bridges ancient yogic wisdom with contemporary needs, offering a holistic path for self-awareness, inner balance, and spiritual growth.
