Hatha & Ayurveda - Donation Based Community Retreat

After the great success of our latest donation based retreat with Andrea, we are delighted to host a second one from August 15th to 22nd.

Schedule

Arrival on Saturday with a welcome circle at 5:30 pm, followed by dinner at 7 pm. From Sunday to Thursday, mornings begin in silence (6–10 am), with tea, coffee and fruit from 7:30 am, practice at 8 am, and brunch at 10:30 am. Afternoons are free to relax, explore, enjoy a massage or the pool, with two afternoons dedicated to workshops and sound healing. Dinner is at 7 pm. Wednesday is a free day with no afternoon activities.

On Friday, there is a light breakfast from 8 am, followed by check-out at 10 am.
