A Sumptuous Retreat

Join Tony and Dages in summer sun soaked Sicily as we relish in a pregnant pause. Our home for the week is a 19th century farmhouse, La Masseria, in the heart of Sicily's rugged, ancient and arid southern landscape. Savor the sun, taste the fruits, and languorously linger with us as we practice  twice a day, meditate on the miracle of breath,  and visit neighboring beaches and historical villages. In the first part of the day, we will practice vigorously, folding our  forms towards increasing complexity and fluency,  enabling you to fit you without compromise. Punctuated by mantra and breath  work, this practice forward retreat  will take you deeper into the terra incognita of your most valuable asset, your body.
