This week of yoga is based o the 5 elements
We will immerse ourselves in dynamic, solar morning practices (Vinyasa)
Smoother, lunar end-of-day practices. These practiced will vary between yin yoga, yoga nidra, meditation, postural workshop, sound relaxation, yoga philosophy, to nourish body and soul ;-)
Free time to enjoy the pool, discover the surroundings or just relax.
A free afternoon to explore the island around
We will also have plenty of time to explore and deepen your knowledge and practice.
This retreat is taught in French :-)
