This integrated Kundalini retreat invites you to tap into the divine feminine power to unleash your creativity, power and joy.

Integrated Kundalini works with the body in specific ways by using a dynamic combination of posture, breath techniques, sound and meditation, the benefits of which include: Raising the levels of  strengthening the entire body and nervous system, inner vitality and the ability to completely relax. All of which open the door for expanded states of conscious awareness to be experienced and enjoyed. Delve deep into this potent practice to experience a deep sense of vitality.

The morning sessions will focus on dynamic practise and transformation, using the dynamic yet healing practice of Kundalini Yoga. Kundalini Yoga is sometimes referred to as the yoga of awareness it nurtures physical vitality combined with mental clarity and inner awareness. As such it allows for a very real experience of transformation creating a deeper connection to self and sense of inner vitality and peace.

The evening sessions will focus on rejuvenation and relaxation, using meditation, yoga nidra and gong baths. Guided meditation practices with the rejuvenating practice of Yoga Nidra enable a state of deepest relaxation and conscious awareness to be realised, supporting the body and mind to fully reboot and recharge. A wealth of research continues to support the power of relaxation and meditation to positively impact physical and emotional well-being. Gong baths are a form of sound therapy whereby the gong is played in a therapeutic way to bring about healing and deep relaxation.
